Terms & Conditions

1. Next Step Nail & Beauty Training or The Complete Beauty Department takes no responsibilities for any valuables or possessions that go missing within the building.

2. Next Step Nail & Beauty Training reserve the rights in the design, text, graphics, images and course material, handouts, website, prospectus, and all other literature is the copyright of Next Step Nail & Beauty Training and the use of them are not permitted without prior approval in writing from Next Step Nail & Beauty Training. Any other use of the companies materials including reproduction for purposes and alteration, modification, distribution or republication without our prior written permission is strictly prohibited.

3. All materials, handouts, workbooks and other literature supplied by Next Step Nail & Beauty Training must not be copied or used in any way. All materials are copyright to the company and MUST NOT be reproduced in any form.

4. All courses must be booked and payed in full in advance. This fee is non-refundable and non-transferable.

5. If students do not attend on the day of the course they shall lose 100% of the course fee.

6. Places on courses can only be guaranteed if full payment has been received.

7. All students must act and behave appropriately and not undertake any act that would bring dishonour to the company, as this could result in the candidate/student to be dismissed.

8. The students must be dressed appropriately for ALL courses and are required to wear comfortable smart clothing.

9. Hair is recommended to be tied away from the face.

10. All students are responsible for there own clients / models to work on and demonstrate the practical skills during the course. The company will try but cannot guarantee to arrange for models. Please call the office and enquire what time models are required. For students traveling from out of town who cannot arrange for models please call the office at least one week before the date of the course and we shall try to arrange for models to attend.

11. Next Step Nail & Beauty Training reserves the right to change the course contents, materials, tutors, training dates/days, venue and course requirements at any time without prior notice. The student will not be entitled to any refund should the above happen.

12. All students must practice between two day courses.

13. Children are not allowed in during training.

14. Please enquire about courses that require you to bring you own kit. Kits maybe purchased from the company if prior notice is given.

15. Mobile phones must be switched off in the training rooms at all times

16. Next Step Nail & Beauty Training will not tolerate abuse Physical or verbal abuse to any members of staff at any time.

17. Refreshments will be available for you to enjoy during break times of your course. Please be aware, that if you suffer from allergies or have any special dietary requirements. Next Step Nail & Beauty Training has no control over the ingredients of the refreshments available and takes no responsibility for clients suffering any allergic reactions or special dietary specifications

18. All students must abide by the Terms and Conditions of the company at all times. Any students that do not abide by the rules will not be accepted on to the course and may lose their deposit.

19. As part our service to provide excellent customer service we operate an equal opportunities policy

20. Next Step Nail & Beauty Training operates a non-smoking policy. Sorry for any inconvenience caused.

21. As part of our commitment to providing excellent customer service your opinions and feedback is valued and welcome any your comments and compliments you may have to help us make your salon a better place for you and others

22. All student and client information here at the company is kept confidential.

23. We invite students who are not 100% confident after the course to come and join the next set of courses in the same subject. Please note this is only available within six months after the date of the course after six months students shall need to repay.

24. For students attending any nail course, nail enhancement must not be worn.

25. Students understand that as part of the course, you may be asked to work on other students

26. Students understand that to gain Next Step Nail & Beauty Training qualification they are to return to the company should an assessment day be required and that students are responsible for practising between training and assesment days. Students are required to provide their own training stock whilst at home.
