LOCATION: Besthorpe (near Attleborough), Norfolk
JOB TERM: Permanent
HOURS: 16 – 37.5hrs a week (part time  and full time applicants will be considered)
SALARY: £6500 – £16,500 PA + Commision/Performance Bonus[/vc_column_text][/vc_column][/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text]We are actively seeking a passionate learning advisor who thinks outside the box and genuinely want to help our clients achieve their dreams.

This is a sales position so you will need to be self-motivated, committed, show a willingness to work both as an individual as well as part of a successful team. Enquiries are provided through telephone, email and social media however you will be expected to prospect arranging call-backs were appropriate in order to close the sales the good news it, there is no cold calling.

Your Responsibilities

Your responsibilities will include:

• listening to customer requirements and presenting appropriately to make a sale;
• maintaining and developing relationships with existing customers via telephone calls and emails;
• responding to incoming email, phone and social media enquiries;
• acting as a contact between the company and our existing and potential clients;
• negotiating the terms of an agreement and closing sales;
• gathering customer information;
• challenging any objections with a view to getting the customer to buy;
• advising on forthcoming product developments and discussing special promotions;
• liaising with suppliers to check the progress of existing orders;
• recording sales and order information into a computer system;
• reviewing your own sales performance, aiming to meet or exceed targets;
• gaining a clear understanding of customers’ requirements;
• making accurate, rapid cost calculations and providing customers with quotations;
• feeding future prospects back to the company;
• attending team meetings and sharing best practice with colleagues.
