Is The Manicure Kit Right For You?

This is for you if you are starting with manicure, which is where almost every nail career begins and where the habits that keep clients come from. Prep, cuticle work and a clean polish application are the foundations everything else sits on.

It is built around the Manicure Course, so it carries the full treatment that course assesses — soak, scrub, mask, cuticle work, massage and a lacquer finish — rather than a handful of tools.

It is not the kit for gel or extensions. Those are separate systems with separate kits; the Gel Polish Kit is the usual next one, and the Complete Nail Kit carries manicure alongside four other systems in one box.

Why One Kit Instead Of Building A Trolley Yourself

A manicure needs more separate products than people expect. Soak, scrub, mask, lotion, cuticle remover, cuticle cream, oil, buffing cream, hygiene spray — miss one and the treatment stops being a treatment and becomes a tidy-up and a coat of polish.

This kit arrives as the full Kaeso treatment range in one go, in the order the course works through it, plus the tools to do the cuticle work properly and a non-spill bowl to soak in.

The polishes are IBD Advanced Wear in three shades with their own base and top coat. Traditional lacquer rather than gel, because learning to apply polish well is a separate skill from curing it, and it is the one that shows.

What The Manicure Kit Lets You Practise

• The treatment itself — Red Berry Splash soak, Mulberry & Pomegranate scrub, Wild Berry mask and Cranberry Sensation hand lotion, which is the full Kaeso sequence the course teaches.

Manicure Kit FAQs

Do I have to buy the kit to take the course?

No. Kits are optional and are not part of the course fee. Nothing in the Manicure Course is tied to a brand, so products you already own are fine.

Does it include a lamp?

No, and it does not need one. The polishes in this kit are traditional lacquer, which air-dries. Gel polish is a different system with its own kit and lamp.

Is this gel polish or normal polish?

Normal polish — IBD Advanced Wear, with its own base and top coat. If you want gel, the Gel Polish Kit covers that system including the lamp.

Are these professional products or retail ones?

Professional. Kaeso for the treatment range, IBD for the polishes, Edge and Streaker for files and cuticle tools, in salon sizes rather than travel bottles.

Can I use it on clients as well as practising?

Yes. The quantities are working sizes rather than samples, so there is enough to work through the course and keep going once you start taking bookings.

How much does delivery cost and how long does it take?

Delivery is free to mainland UK. Kits are dispatched within seven days and usually within three. If you are ordering from outside mainland UK, message us on WhatsApp and we will price the shipping for you.

Can I spread the cost?

Will the products run out?

The soaks, scrubs, masks, lotions and polishes are consumables and get used up with practice. The bowl, files, cuticle tools and hoof stick stay with you.
