This is for you if gel polish is where you are starting and you want a colour wardrobe from day one, not a base, a top and a single bottle of red. Six Halo colours, the base and top coat that go with them, and the lamp that cures all of it.
It is built around the Gel Polish Course, so it covers the whole treatment that course assesses — prep and scrub, base, colour, top coat, and a proper soak-off removal rather than picking it off.
It is not the kit for adding length. Gel polish goes on the natural nail; if you want extensions, the Gel Extensions Kit or the Builder in a Bottle Kit are the ones to look at.
Gel polish looks like the simplest system to buy for, and it is the one people most often get wrong. A base from one brand under a colour from another, cured in a lamp that does not match either, is how you end up with shrinkage at the free edge and a client back in ten days.
Everything here is matched. The Halo base, colours and top coat are made to cure together in the LED lamp supplied, so when something goes wrong in practice you are looking at your technique rather than guessing at the products.
The colour wheels are the part people skip and then wish they had. Swatching each colour before it goes anywhere near a client is how you learn what two coats actually look like.
The full item list is below. What it adds up to is this:
No. Kits are optional and are not part of the course fee. Nothing in the Gel Polish Course is tied to a brand, so a gel polish system you already own is fine. The kit is for people who would rather one box arrived than work out which base goes with which lamp.
Yes. An LED lamp that cures the base, colours and top coat in the kit.
Six Halo colours at 8ml each, plus the base and top coat. If you want a wider range for client work, the Gel Polish Nail Art Kit adds nail art colours and tools on top of the same system.
Professional. Halo for the gel polish system, Pure Nails and Edge for prep, files and acetone, in the sizes a nail room buys them in.
Yes, gel polish goes over acrylic, hard gel and Builder in a Bottle as the colour layer. Building the extension itself needs one of those systems and its own kit.
Delivery is free to mainland UK. Kits are dispatched within seven days and usually within three. If you are ordering from outside mainland UK, message us on WhatsApp and we will price the shipping for you.
Yes. Pay in 3 interest-free instalments with Klarna, PayPal or Clearpay at the checkout.
The polishes, prep and acetone are consumables and get used up with practice. The lamp, file, block and colour wheels stay with you.
