This is for you if you want a hair removal method that needs no wax, no heater and no electricity. Threading takes hair out at the root with a twisted cotton thread, which makes it the option for clients on retinoids or acne medication, anyone whose skin reacts to wax, and anyone who wants a brow shaped line by line rather than in a strip.
It is built around the Threading Course, so it carries 300m of cotton to practise with, the scissors and brush for shaping, and the witch hazel and after-treatment oil the skin wants afterwards.
It is the cheapest treatment to set up and the hardest to get right, because all of the skill is in your hands rather than the products. Expect to spend time on a practice board before a face.
Threading genuinely is mostly cotton, and that is exactly why people underestimate the rest. The two things that let a client enjoy it are the witch hazel beforehand and the oil afterwards.
Threading leaves the skin open and slightly raised; witch hazel calms and tightens it, and the after-treatment oil settles the area and stops the tightness clients otherwise complain about.
300m is a lot of cotton on purpose. Threading is learned by repetition, and running out halfway through the week is how people give up on it.

No. Kits are optional and are not part of the course fee. Nothing in the Threading Course is tied to a brand, so cotton you already use is fine.
It takes more practice than waxing, because the skill is entirely in the hand movement rather than the product. Most people find the twist awkward for the first few sessions and then it clicks. Practising on a board or a balloon before a face is normal.
Skin on retinoids, acne medication or that reacts to wax cannot be waxed safely. Threading also takes very fine hair that wax leaves behind, and gives a sharper line on a brow.
Yes — upper lip, chin and sides of the face are all commonly threaded. Brows are where most people start because it is what clients ask for.
Delivery is free to mainland UK. Kits are dispatched within seven days and usually within three. If you are ordering from outside mainland UK, message us on WhatsApp and we will price the shipping for you.
