Do I have to buy the kit to take the course?

No. Kits are optional and are not part of the course fee. Nothing in the Gel Extensions Course is tied to a brand, so a builder gel system you already use is fine. The kit is for people who would rather one box arrived than work out what matches what.

Does it include a lamp?

Yes. An LED lamp that cures the builder gels and the top coat in the kit.

What is the difference between gel extensions and gel polish?

Gel polish is colour on the natural nail. Gel extensions add length and structure with a thicker builder gel over a tip or a form. Different products, different courses — the Gel Polish Kit is the one for colour.

How does it compare with Builder in a Bottle?

Both are brush-on gels that build strength. Builder in a Bottle comes ready to use straight from the bottle and is usually the quicker route for overlays; the IBD builder gels in this kit are a traditional pot-and-brush hard gel.
